Heat Treatment Capabilities
Over the years, CIRCLIPS has consistently produced retaining rings with tremendous strength and ductility. The process of heat treating over retaining rings results in the complete transformation into desired bainitic structure to eliminate brittleness, ensuring the strength. Briefing this process, the parts are uniformly placed on the belt by means of an oscillating feeder ensuring that all parts reach uniform temperature.
